The Pacific Building

A monument of concrete, rusted metal, and clear cedar, the Pacific Building is a clean take on contemporary modernism. The 8,000 square foot office building, designed and developed by Berlin, includes three office suites above ground level parking. Natural light, and geometric lines play a central role in conveying a sense of immersion in the surrounding environment. Large two story glass walls invite occupants to embrace the Pacific Building’s in-town location, while simultaneously secluding themselves in their trade. Large contemporary interior elements such as the custom staircase and glass partitions evoke comparisons to carefully folded paper.
